She flies high during the summer and spring, always searching for new adventures in the sky above. Her favorite meal is worms, and during storms, she likes to stay cozy in her nest—tucked away in the tallest, greenest tree on Cherry Blossom Road. She loves meeting new friends!
She’ll look perfect on your shelf, table, or desk—or as a thoughtful gift for someone special. It took me hours to bring her to life, and my favorite part was creating her wings. I started by blending different shades of clay—light and dark pink with a hint of blue—to get that soft, marbled color. Then, using a sharp knife, I gently outlined a small, smile-shaped curve in the clay, making sure the thickness was just right for the wings.
If you look closely, you’ll notice a subtle tint of light purple on her head. I really wanted to create a fairytale-inspired bird, and the very first color that came to mind was pink!
