Shipping Policy

• We ship all orders via USPS and you can buy shipping insurance to protect your package in case it gets lost.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey.
• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact me so I can assist with the insurance claim.

Refund & Return Policy

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
